Rates & Services

I believe in transparency, and in not making clients email to access rate information, so please find my details below.

As a HPCSA Registered Counsellor, I am contracted with several medical aids. However, please note that I do not claim from medical aids on your behalf.

Payment is for your own account and is due after each session (EFT, cash or card payments are accepted). Should you wish to claim from medical aid I will provide you with an invoice with the relevant counselling code.

In-office Counselling

• Individual Sessions - 50 minutes | R700

• Group Sessions - 50 minutes to 1.5hrs | R200-350pp

  (Groups are offered on an ongoing basis, with tailored groups available on request.)

EAC Sessions:

• Adult & Adolescent Individual Sessions - 1 hour | R1000

• Child Individual Sessions - 30 to 45 minutes | R850

• Group Sessions - 1 to 2 hrs | R950pp (Groups are offered on an ongoing basis, with tailored groups available on request. An additional Equine Professional is present to ensure safety and adhere to best practice.)

• Workshops - 2-4 hrs | Workshop dependent

  (Skills development and themed workshops are offered throughout the year. Bespoke workshops are also offered on request.)

• Corporate Team Building and Workplace Wellbeing Days - hours tailored to the needs of the business.

  (Partnering with an Equine Professional allows me to offer capacity for large groups and structured and fulfilling corporate wellness days.)

Venues - Tokai, Stellenbosch, Noordhoek and Morningstar.

Nature-based Sessions:

• Individual Sessions - 50 minutes | R700

• Group Sessions - 50 minutes to 1.5 hrs | R200-350pp

  (Groups are offered on an ongoing basis, with tailored groups available on request.)

• Workshops - 2-4 hrs | Workshop dependent

  (Regular workshops are offered out in nature - these include an ongoing Nervous System Regulation & Anxiety Skills series, and a Breathwork and Meditation series.)

Venues - Tokai Forest, Tokai private venue, Newlands Forest, Dalebrook Tidal Pool.

TRE Sessions:

• Individual Sessions - 50 minutes | R700

• Group Sessions - 1.5-2hrs | R300pp
